Childs Pose aka ‘Balasanain Sanskrit is a kneeling asana with a prone forward bend. Balasana is a counter asana for various asanas and is usually practiced as a resting pose before, after or between asanas depending on the sequence, class structure, etc.

Downward Facing Dog aka ‘Adho Mukha Svanasana’ in Sanskrit is one the the most recognized poses in yoga. This pose works to strengthen the core and improve circulation in the body. It acts as a ‘transitional pose’ to get you from one pose to another, and it also acts as a ‘resting pose’.

Arm Variations to support and enhance your yoga practice. Arm variations serve your practice through opening, stretching and strengthening the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.
