 Virasana (Hero Pose) vs. Vajrasana (Thunderbolt)

Virasana and Vajrasana are two (2) asanas that are often confused or interchanged. The subtle difference changes the elevation of the hips. I find these two (2) asanas so important that I teach them in nearly every class, along with prop support.
